本书对中国大学智库基本理论进行了梳理，以此为基础，从中国大学智库评价的理论建构和学理逻辑出发，提出了一个与众不同的大学新型智库评价指标体系，建构了智库评价“三维模型”FAC，即，维度一之契合度：与中国特色新型智库认定标准与任务要求相关性与匹配度；维度二之活跃度：衡量决策咨询、媒体网络和学术研究交流的参与表现；维度三之贡献度：从量和质的角度评价智库咨政建言、理论研究成果和智库人才培养结果与呈现状态，以期为中国大学智库的建设和发展提供新的视野。在此基础上，本书推出了中国30家著名大学智库（含国家高端智库）、70家重要智库；描绘了中国大学智库的总体面貌、地域、领域等表征。最后，本书介绍和分析了中国大学智库参与、影响公共政策的主要途径，提出了完善中国智库评价的理论和方法，以促进中国大学智库发展，更好地发挥大学智库功能和优势。

Based on the theoretical construction and academic logic of Chinese university think tank evaluation, this book puts forward a unique new university think tank evaluation index system, and constructs the "three-dimensional model" FAC of think tank evaluation, that is, the compatibility of dimension 1: the correlation and matching degree of the identification standards and task requirements of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics; Dimension 2 activity: measure participation in decision-making consultation, media networks and academic research exchanges; Dimension 3: Evaluate the political advice, theoretical research results and talent training results and presentation status of think tanks from the perspective of quantity and quality, in order to provide new perspectives for the construction and development of think tanks in Chinese universities. On this basis, this book launches 30 famous university think tanks (including national high-end think tanks) and 70 important think tanks in China; It depicts the overall appearance, region, field and other characteristics of Chinese university think tanks.
