人工智能时代，包括法学研究在内的很多工作都会逐步被机器代替，留给法律人独立从事法学研究工作的时间窗口不会太长，我们 有责任留下对这个时代重大挑战的思考。《网络信息法学研究》作为中国法学会网络与信息法学研究会的会刊，将致力于推动跨学科、跨领域、跨部门融合，促进理论与实务对接，催生新理念新思想，为我国网络信息法学研究与网络信息法律实务打造一个交流互动的平台。
