本书是作者主持完成的2010年度国家社科基金（应用经济学类）重点项目“我国农村集体经济发展的有效实现形式研究”的最终成果。本书总结了村域经济转型发展态势与中国经验；阐述了村域集体经济发展的核心概念、研究框架和方法；通过系统梳理集体经济历史演进路径和脉络，深化了农村集体经济自然历史演进规律的认识；对马克思主义集体经济理论、苏联集体农庄的历史演变，以及中共早期和中国农业集体化时代的社会主义集体经济发展等，作了深入讨论和新评价。在此基础上，作者及其研究团队深入中国工业化发达地区、山区和地震灾区、粮食主产区、民族自治地区、荒漠化地区的108个典型村域实地调查，同时组织和培训大学生调查员到全国20个省、82个县（市、区）、124个乡镇的217个村、679户农户问卷，研究总结了中国村域集体经济转型发展的现状和趋势、成就和问题，提出了“坚持和完善双层经营体制，推进村级集体经济发展”的制度创新和政策调整的建议。
This book is the final result of the 2010 National Social Science Foundation (Applied Economics) Key Project "Research on the Effective Realization Form of China's Rural Collective Economic Development". This book summarizes the development trend of village economic transformation and China's experience; The core concepts, research frameworks and methods of village collective economic development were expounded. By systematically sorting out the path and context of the historical evolution of the collective economy, the understanding of the natural history evolution law of the rural collective economy is deepened. He conducted in-depth discussions and new evaluations of Marxist collective economic theory, the historical evolution of collective farms in the Soviet Union, and the socialist collective economic development in the early CPC and the era of agricultural collectivization in China. On this basis, the author and his research team went deep into 108 typical villages in China's industrialized developed areas, mountainous areas and earthquake-stricken areas, major grain-producing areas, ethnic autonomous areas and desertification areas to conduct field investigations, and at the same time organized and trained college student investigators to 217 villages and 679 rural households in 20 provinces, 82 counties (cities and districts) and 124 townships across the country, and summarized the current situation and trends, achievements and problems of the transformation and development of China's village collective economy, and put forward the proposal of "adhering to and improving the two-tier operation system.
