本书以《全宋词》收录的近两万首词作，约一百四十万字，这一封闭性语库为语料，以“黄、红、青、白、黑”五种基本颜色为线索进行研究。主要内容包括：颜色词在句中单独使用的情况、颜色词构成含彩词语的使用情况、含彩词语在隐喻和转喻时的推理机制以及颜色词本身在语义、语用方面的使用特点等。每章最后又以各颜色范畴为纲，以语义场形式对表示每类颜色范畴的多个颜色词进行梳理和一定程度的对比分析。最后跳出个体语料，站在一个较为概括的层面，分别从句法、语义和语用层面，对《全宋词》中颜色词的使用特点和规律进行总结和归纳。

This book is based on a closed corpus of nearly 20,000 lyrics, about 1.4 million words, collected in the “Whole Poetry of the Song Dynasty”, and uses the five basic colors of "yellow, red, green, white, and black" as a clue for research. The main contents include: the use of color words alone in sentences, the use of color words as colorful words, the reasoning mechanism of colorful words in metaphor and metonymy, and the semantic and pragmatic characteristics of the use of color words. At the end of each chapter, we use each color category as an outline to sort out and analyze, to a certain extent, the multiple color words that represent each type of color category in the form of semantic fields in comparison. Finally, from the perspective of syntax, semantics and pragmatics, the characteristics and rules of the use of color words in the “Whole Poetry of the Song Dynasty” are summarized.
