薛力，中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所国际战略研究室主任，研究员，2004年毕业于清华大学国际关系学系，获国际关系学硕士学位。2007年毕业于中国社会科学院研究生院，获得国际政治学博士学位。研究兴趣：国际战略与中国外交、海洋问题，近年比较关注“一带一路”与南海问题。

Xue Li, a Postgraduate scholar in International Relations at the Institute of International Studies of Tsinghua University, he has a Ph.D. in International Politics at the Graduate School, CASS. He is currently the Director of and Researcher at the International Strategy Office of the Institute of World Economics and Politics, CASS. He is engaged in the research of China's foreign strategy, China's foreign policy, ocean policy, and energy politics. In recent years, he has focused on the South China Sea issue and the Belt and Road Initiative.
