本报告依托中国社会科学院国家全球战略智库国家风险评级项目组和中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所国际投资研究室。中国社会科学院国家全球战略智库是2015年首批25家国家高端智库建设试点单位之一，实体依托单位为世界经济与政治研究所，现任理事长、首席专家为张宇燕学部委员；智库通过整合中国社会科学院国际问题领域研究力量，立足对中国特色全球治理观和国际政治经济理论的深度探索，聚焦全球治理、大国关系和“一带一路”建设等重大实践命题，开展前瞻性、针对性、储备性全球战略研究。中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所国际投资研究室的主要研究领域包括跨境直接投资、跨境间接投资、外汇储备投资、国家风险、国际收支平衡表与国际投资头寸表等。2021年度项目组成员包括高凌云、王碧珺、韩冰、李国学、潘圆圆、周学智、陈胤默、李曦晨、孔大鹏和潘松李江等。

The national Institute for Global Strategy, CASS is one of the first batch of 25 national high-end think tank construction pilot units in 2015. By integrating the research strength of the CASS in the field of international issues, with the focus on major practical topics such as global goverbace and relations between major countries, the team carries out a forward-looking global strategic research on the basis of in-depth exploration of the concept of global governance with Chinese characteristics and international political and economic theory.
