孙靓莹，中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所发展研究中心副主任。主要研究领域为发展融资，对外援助与可持续发展目标，在《世界经济与政治》、《世界经济》等期刊发表文章十余篇，著有《全球发展的中国方案》，被翻译为多国语言海外发行。
