周锺灵先生的《韩非子的逻辑》（1958）阐论韩非子的实践哲学和实践逻辑思想。注释该书，除了清除古今语言文字的障碍外，借助注释的形式，逐一阐释周著对现代逻辑的运用，将周著中概括出来的韩非子逻辑规则和逻辑形式与现代逻辑进行对应，解说其公式，举证其释例。本书寻绎隐蔽在周著中的康德哲学思想和逻辑理性，说其所由、所用、所明，并逐条分类聚集之，以知周著与康德哲学的若干联结，可裨益于中西文明的交流互鉴。
