当“银发浪潮”遇上旅游产业的黄金时代，老年旅游正面临前所未有的机遇与挑战——老年旅游市场迅速扩张，但其供给与需求之间的结构性失衡问题也日益凸显。本书直面这一结构性矛盾，通过构建老年旅游消费与产业的联动分析框架，从发起主体、响应主体到联动过程，层层解码失衡的根源，提出应在供需两端同时发力，优化联动通道条件，从而构建老年旅游消费与产业供给之间的有序联动循环，最终实现提升老年人旅游福祉、创造美好生活的目标。
