Abstract： The Country Risk Rating of Overseas Investment from China（CROIC-IWEP）（2017）is a report produced by Division of International Investment，Institute of World Economics and Politics，Chinese Academy of Social Science for four consecutive years. The report measures the comprehensive investment risk about 57 countries，based on 41 indicators covering the following 5 areas：economic fundamentals，debt-paying capacity，social flexibility，politic risks and the relationship with China. Moreover，the report also measures the comprehensive investment risk about 35 countries along the One Belt One Road routes. This report aims to provide useful guidance for the Chinese enterprises who have the demand to investment abroad.
