人类何以拜托动物界？何以跨入文明？透过死亡意识与神话的关系，我们得到了一种文化解读。大自然运行导致了人类女性死亡率增长，并引发了死亡意识。死亡意识之下对死亡的抗拒逐渐使人类用幻想的方式寄寓对永生的企求，孕育、催生了神话。图腾、天体神、与人同形同性之神，前后依次产生，但“互渗”始终。神话终结，而神话故事继续流传。
