This book is the first series of books in China to comprehensively record the history of the development of the Han nation, inheriting the historiographic tradition pioneered by Sima Qian, using the traditional structural model, creatively breaking the framework of successive dynasties, and according to the law of the nation's own development, the presentation of the history of the Han nationality is divided into six levels: development history, regional history, ethnic history, cultural history, customs history and overseas immigration history.
