本书以复兴中华优秀传统文化为研究背景，以文化记忆理论作为一种阐释性方法论探讨何通过学校教育推动优秀民俗文化根脉的现代延续。通过踏入教育“田野”，采用实证研究方法分析新时代背景下民俗文化传承的发展路向、教育意蕴和学校教育的独特作用。本书系统考察苏南地区学校教育传承民俗文化的探索实践，包括民俗符号的教育建构、实践路径和成功经验，并在反思实践困境的基础上构建民俗文化传承的学校教育新范式。
