摘要：作为“亚洲四小龙”之一的新加坡，独立以来依靠强力政府实现了经济的飞速发展，建立起高度依赖贸易的开放型经济。作为一个小国，新加坡奉行“大国平衡政策”，重视经济外交，一方面与美国、中国、日本等国家建立友好关系；另一方面积极参与国际组织和多边治理机制。在“一带一路”倡议框架下，中新在互联互通、金融服务、开拓第三方市场、专业服务等领域加强了合作，双方合作取得了显著成就，但两国如要深化合作还将可能面临一些挑战。另外，新冠疫情对新加坡经济各方面造成了较为严重的打击，但同时也为中新关系提供了新的合作机遇，双方在疫情期间继续保持较为紧密的合作，加强了公共卫生安全、人员与物资、交通运输等方面的往来。展望未来，中国与新加坡将会进一步深化合作，推动两国关系再上新台阶。

Abstract:As one of the“Four Asian Tigers”,Singapore has relied on a strong government to achieve rapid economic development since independence and has built an open economy that is highly dependent on trade.As a small country,Singapore has pursued a“balance of power policy”with a strong focus on economic diplomacy,establishing friendly relations with the United States,China,Japan and other countries on the one hand,and actively participating in international organizations and multilateral governance mechanisms on the other.Under the framework of the Belt and RoadInitiative,China and Singapore have strengthened cooperation in areas such as connectivity,financial services,third-party market development,and professional services,and the two sides have made significant achievements.In addition,COVID-19 epidemic has dealt a serious blow to the economy of Singapore in various aspects,but it has also provided new opportunities for cooperation in the Sino-Singaporean relationship.Both sides have continued to maintain closer cooperation during the epidemic,strengthening exchanges in public health and safety,personnel and materials,and transportation.Looking ahead,China and Singapore will further deepen their cooperation and push their relations to a new level.
