本书通过对中国FTA模式与TPP规则的比较，对中国目前与TPP规则之间的落差形成比较系统的认知，对于目前中国模式与TPP规则中最突出的非贸易问题的利益冲突进行专门研究，通过对TPP谈判中南北争议的焦点问题的研究和其他发展中国家的应对措施的考量，确定中国在一些敏感议题方面的立场和谈判底线，明确国内改革和试验的方向，提出中国参与国际规则制定的具体对策，为中美双边投资协定谈判提供参考，为中国参与TPP谈判创造条件。
Through the comparison of China's FTA model and TPP rules, this book forms a comparative and systematic understanding of the gap between China's current and TPP rules, conducts special research on the conflict of interest between the current Chinese model and the most prominent non-trade issues in the TPP rules, determines China's position and negotiation bottom line on some sensitive issues through the study of the focus of North-South disputes in the TPP negotiations and the consideration of the response measures of other developing countries, and clarifies the direction of domestic reform and experimentation.
