本书以近代著名德国汉学家福兰阁为研究对象，以德文原始档案史料为依凭，试图系统解读福兰阁的中国观。福兰阁是德国汉学界，乃至整个西方汉学界的重镇，其人对中国历史、文化，以及晚清中国的外交内政有着独到的理解，也对德国政学两界有着重要的影响力。本书拟从福兰阁视野中的中国历史、儒家文化、晚清中国与西方的关系以及晚清内政四个维度，并结合福兰阁人生际遇，系统解读福氏之中国观，希求管窥近代德国汉学研究的一般特征。引玉之砖，难免粗陋，俯请学界前辈方家不吝指正。
This book takes the famous modern German sinologist Foranger as the research object, and relies on the original archival historical materials in German, trying to systematically interpret the Foranga's view of China. Francourt is an important town of German sinology and even the entire Western sinology, and its people have a unique understanding of Chinese history, culture, and the foreign and internal affairs of late Qing China, and also have an important influence on German politics and science. This book intends to systematically interpret Franker's view of China from the four dimensions of Chinese history, Confucian culture, the relationship between late Qing China and the West, and the internal affairs of the late Qing Dynasty from the perspective of Frango, and combined with the life opportunities of Frango, hoping to get a glimpse of the general characteristics of modern German sinology research.
