The vitality of theory depends on the new significance given by the times, and in the globalized political, economic and cultural pattern, many new changes are taking place in the explanatory power, functional role and critical activities of Marxist literary and art theory. Discovering and endowing Marxist literary theory with its contemporaneity from the current perspective is becoming the core topic that must be faced and solved in Chinese Marxist literary theory and even the construction of Chinese literary theory discourse system.
