《中国与世界》常设栏目有：“中国学研究”、“中外关系”、“跨文化交流与对话”、“公共外交”和“高端访谈”等。《中国与世界》将根据读者的需求不断推出专题研讨。
吉林大学公共外交学院成立于2012年末，是国内成立的首家公共外交学院。学院主要致力于公共外交国际关系和中国学方面的学术研究人才培养与国际交流，中国学生和国际学生共同培养，国际学生来自世界五十多个国家和地区。
