中国社会科学院金融研究所承担着进行金融基础理论研究、为中央提供金融政策研究报告和政策建议报告的职能，理应系统全面地理解和领会《决定》中有关深化金融改革的精神，为中国金融体系改革出谋献策。为此，我们对《决定》中相关精神和内容进行了系统深入的分析探讨，先后召开了10多次各类研讨会，就中国金融体系改革的各个方面内容进行符合学理规范且符合国情的细致深入的探讨，为推进相关各部门提出的各项金融改革实施方案的完善，积极贡献我们的努力。由王国刚所*的《中国金融体系改革的总体构架和可选之策》是这一研究的阶段性成果，体现了我们的阶段性认识。
The Institute of Finance of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, which undertakes the functions of conducting research on basic financial theories and providing financial policy research reports and policy recommendation reports to the central government, should systematically and comprehensively understand and appreciate the spirit of deepening financial reform in the Decision and provide suggestions for the reform of China's financial system. To this end, we have conducted systematic and in-depth analysis and discussion of the relevant spirit and content of the Decision, and have held more than 10 seminars of various kinds to conduct detailed and in-depth discussions on all aspects of China's financial system reform in line with academic norms and national conditions, and actively contribute to the improvement of the implementation plans of various financial reforms proposed by relevant departments.
