本书是国家自然科学基金项目（项目号：71273276）的结项研究成果，论述了中国战略性新兴产业发展在空间分布上已初显的格局，较系统深人地探讨了培育和发展中国战略性新兴产业的行动路径。研究提出：要加强对战略性新兴产业发展态势的跟踪，加强对世界产业发展新趋势的研判，警惕全球产业发展的偏向和不确定性；要加强对新产品市场培育的研究，构筑战略性新兴产品市场风险防御体系；应在中央政府领导下进行宏观一盘棋的战略性新兴产业空间大布局，战略性新兴产业发展应契合中国建设制造强国的路径。研究认为，发展战略性新兴产业，建成制造强国是中国的一项伟大事业。完成这一宏伟目标，归根结底，需要人才，需要全体劳动者的努力。没有优秀的国民，没有一流的技术和管理人才，再好的理论指导，再宏伟的目标蓝图都是空中楼阁，都不可能变成现实；必须加快构建起世界领先的制造业文化体系，这是中国发展战略性新兴产业、实现制造强国目标的根本条件和首选之路。
This book is the final research result of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Project No.: 71273276), which discusses the pattern of spatial distribution of the development of China's strategic emerging industries, and systematically discusses the action path of cultivating and developing China's strategic emerging industries. The study proposes to strengthen the tracking of the development trend of strategic emerging industries, strengthen the research and judgment of new trends in world industrial development, and be vigilant against the bias and uncertainty of global industrial development; It is necessary to strengthen research on the cultivation of new product markets and build a market risk defense system for strategic emerging products; Under the leadership of the central government, the large-scale layout of strategic emerging industries should be carried out in a macro game, and the development of strategic emerging industries should be in line with the path of China's construction of a manufacturing power.
