中国宏观经济调控体系改革的一个重要内容是实现货币政策框架从数量型向价格型调控的转型。本书深入研究中国货币政策利率传导机制，从利率传导的微观机制出发，通过考察主要传导中介即金融机构的利率响应模式，对利率之间的相互传导关系及效率进行了分析，判断引发利率传导阻滞的金融机构微观体制问题和金融体系整体结构性问题，并针对性地提出改革建议，为推动货币政策调控模式转型、提高货币政策传导效率提供参考。
An important part of the reform of China's macroeconomic control system is to realize the transformation of the monetary policy framework from quantitative to price-based regulation.
