在全球价值链分工体系下，中国处于分工低端，出口增加值率不高，技术等高端要素投入不足，远远没有达到贸易强国的标准。本书从对外直接投资（OFDI）角度研究了出口增加值的规模增长、行业结构优化、内含劳动结构改善和技术含量提升问题。研究发现：首先，水平型和垂直型OFDI对出口增加值规模和行业结构的影响具有差异；其次，相较逆分工梯度OFDI，顺分工梯度OFDI更有助于提高出口增加值技术劳动占比；最后，OFDI通过技术效应、结构效应和总量效应三个渠道提高了母国出口增加值技术含量。本书不仅深化和拓展了对外直接投资与出口关系的理论研究，还从对外直接投资角度为中国由“贸易大国”转向“贸易强国”提供了思路。
Under the global value chain division of labor system, China is at the low end of the division of labor, the export added value rate is not high, and the investment in high-end factors such as technology is insufficient, which is far from reaching the standard of a trading power. From the perspective of outward direct investment (OFDI), this book studies the scale growth of export value-added, the optimization of industry structure, the improvement of the embedded labor structure, and the upgrading of technological content. It is found that: firstly, the impact of horizontal and vertical OFDI on the scale of export added value and industry structure are different; Secondly, compared with the inverse division gradient OFDI, the gradient OFDI is more conducive to increasing the proportion of export value-added technical labor. Finally, OFDI has improved the technological content of the home country's export value-added through three channels: technical effect, structural effect and aggregate effect. This book not only deepens and expands the theoretical research on the relationship between OFDI and export, but also provides ideas for China to transform from a "trading power" to a "trading power" from the perspective of OFDI.（AI翻译）
