Georgia is the intersection of Eurasian history, cultural integration and economic and trade exchanges, and it is also a necessary place for the ancient Silk Road and modern Eurasian transportation corridors. Promoting people-to-people ties and achieving common prosperity through the Belt and Road Initiative is in the long-term and fundamental interests of the two countries. This book is a collaboration between the Institute of Social Development of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the China Research Center of Georgia Polytechnic University, and is a collection of speeches and articles by scholars from both sides at the seminar "China and Georgia: Jointly Building the High-quality Development of the 'Belt and Road'", involving high-level exchanges, economic and trade cooperation, social governance cooperation, people-to-people exchanges and other aspects under the construction of the "Belt and Road", reflecting the research results of Georgian Chinese Studies and Sino-Georgian cooperation.（AI翻译）
