郭连成，1953年生，苏联经济学博士、研究员、博士生导师。现任东北财经大学研究生院院长、辽宁省人文社会科学重点研究基地——东北财经大学区域经济一体化与上海合作组织研究中心主任；兼任中国亚洲太平洋学会副会长、中国新兴经济体研究会副会长、中国世界经济学会副秘书长；享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家；辽宁省优秀专家、辽宁省劳动模范；大连市优秀专家、大连市特等劳动模范、大连五一奖章获得者。在《世界经济》、《世界经济与政治》、《俄罗斯中亚东欧研究》、《国外社会科学》等重要刊物上发表论文近200篇。出版专著、译著和合著（含主编）19部。承担国家社会科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地重大项目和一般项目等30余项。

Guo Liancheng, Vice President of the China Society of Emerging Economies, Director of Regional Economic Integration and Shanghai Cooperation Organization Research Center of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (Liaoning Provincial Humanities and Social Sciences Key Research Base), he has a Ph.D. in Economics, is a Professor at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and a Doctoral Supervisor.
