王灵桂，男，汉族，1967年11月生，山东诸城人，1993年8月加入中国共产党，1988年8月参加工作，曾担任中国社会科学院副院长、研究员，中国社会科学院国家高端智库副理事长兼秘书长，香港中国研究院院长，中国非洲研究院院长，中国民族研究团体联合会会长，联合国南南合作办公室和联合国开发计划署“脱贫和可持续发展智库网络”中方主席，中俄思想库交流机制副主席，中国社科院大学博士生导师，博士后合作导师。

WANG Linggui, Vice President of CASS Senior Research Fellow. The Executive Vice Chairman of Board of Directors and Secretary General of National Institute for Global Strategy (NIGS), Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) from December, 2015 to May, 2020. The Chief Expert of National Institute for Global Strategy (NIGS), CASS from May, 2019 to May, 2020. The Vice Chairman of Board of Directors, National top think tank of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences since May，2020. His major study covers international relationship，international policy，Belt and Road and China’s global strategy, etc. He has published dozens of research pieces related to the research fields above.
