邹海林

       现为中国社会科学院法学研究所研究员、民商法学博士生导师。主要研究领域为民法基础理论、商法基础理论、担保物权、债权法、保险法和破产法。博士学位论文《责任保险的基础理论研究》。发表的学术著作主要有《破产程序和破产法实体制度比较研究》《中国物权法研究》（合著）《保险法》《责任保险论》等；学术论文主要有《留置权基本问题研究》（法学研究）《论买卖合同之卖方的中途止付权》（法学研究）等。

 

 

      He is currently a researcher at the Institute of Law at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a doctoral supervisor in civil and commercial law. His main research areas include basic theory of civil law, basic theory of commercial law, security interest, credit law, insurance law and bankruptcy law. His PhD thesis was about Research on the Basic Theory of Liability Insurance. His published academic works mainly include Comparative Study of Bankruptcy Procedures and the Bankruptcy Law Entity System, Chinese Property Law Research (co-authored), Insurance Law and Zeren Baoxianlun; his academic papers mainly include Research on The Basic Issues of Lien (Law Research), The Right of Stoppage in Transitu of the Seller of Sales Contracts (Law Research), etc.
