赵剑英，浙江萧山人，哲学博士，第十四届全国政协委员，南开大学—中国社会科学院大学21世纪马克思主义研究院特聘教授，中国社会科学院大学哲学院教授（二级）、博士生导师。现任中国社会科学出版社党委书记、社长。全国文化名家暨“四个一批”人才，国家百千万人才暨“有突出贡献中青年专家”，全国新闻出版行业领军人才，国务院政府特殊津贴专家。兼任中国历史唯物主义学会副会长，全国中国特色社会主义理论研究会副会长。

长期致力于马克思主义哲学和中国特色社会主义理论的学习与研究。著有《21世纪中国的马克思主义》《时代的哲学回声》《哲学的力量——社会转型时期的中国哲学》《复兴中国》等。主编或参与主编《论中国模式（中英文版）》《马克思哲学论坛文丛（7卷）》等。在《人民日报》《中国社会科学》《马克思主义研究》《哲学研究》等报刊上发表论文和文章近百篇。代表作有《中国道路的哲学观念》《中国之治的实践逻辑》《中国共产党的自我革命：开创权力监督新路》《现代性与近代以来中国人的文化认同危机及重构》《论人类实践形态的当代发展》《试析实践活动运行机制》等。

策划出版了《习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想学习丛书（12卷）》《理解中国丛书》《中国制度研究丛书》《当代中国学术思想史丛书（35卷）》等，在海内外产生较大影响力。获第十三届韬奋出版奖、国家新闻出版广电总局授予的“2016年度推动版权输出引进典型人物”奖。
