丁文，法学博士，政治学博士后，教授、博士生导师，“教育部新世纪优秀人才”；华中师范大学法学院院长、华中师范大学中国城乡基层法治研究中心主任、华中师范大学法学院学术委员会主任；长期致力于物权法特别是农村土地制度的研究；先后主持国家社科基金重点项目和一般项目、教育部重点研究基地重大项目、司法部重点项目、中国法学会重点项目等国家和省部级课题二十余项；已在《中国法学》《法学》《清华法学》《法商研究》《法学评论》等权威和核心期刊发表论文五十余篇，有多篇论文被《中国社会科学文摘》、人大复印报刊资料、《高等学校文科学术文摘》全文转载。

The author is a Doctor in Modern Chinese Literature with the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Peking University, and is now an associate professor at the School of Chinese Language and Literature at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. His main research fields include the study of the Zhou brothers and the study of modern Chinese newspapers.
