徐志民，中国社会科学院历史理论研究所研究员、中国历史研究院中国历史学学科体系、学术体系、话语体系研究中心秘书长。2007年7月，博士毕业于北京大学历史系。2009年5月，中国社会科学院近代史研究所博士后出站并留所工作。曾作为中央第五批援藏干部，任西藏自治区社会科学院当代西藏研究所副所长。主要研究方向是中日关系史和西藏地方史，出版《留学、战争与善后：近代中日关系史研究》《战后日本人的战争责任认识研究》《西藏史话》等著作，在《中国社会科学》《历史研究》等刊物发文80余篇。

Xu Zhimin, a doctor of history at Peking University, a researcher at the Institute of Historical Theory, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the Secretary General of the Research Center for the Disciplinary System, Academic System, and Discourse System of Chinese History, Chinese Academy of History.
