李石，清华大学理学学士、哲学硕士，意大利LUISS大学政治哲学博士，北京大学博士后，现为中国人民大学国际关系学院教授，博士生导师。研究方向为政治哲学、西方政治思想史。已出版专著三部：《积极自由的悖论》（商务印书馆2011年）、《平等理论的谱系——西方现代平等理论探析》（中国社会科学出版社2018年）、《政治哲学十讲》《中国社会科学出版社2019年），编著一部：《自由：公共领域的私人空间》（广东教育出版社2012年），并在《哲学研究》等核心期刊上发表学术论文六十余篇。

Li Shi, bachelor of science and master of philosophy from Tsinghua University, PhD in political philosophy from Luiss University, Italy, and a postdoctoral from Peking University. Li is now a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of International Relations, Renmin University of China. The research direction is political philosophy and the history of Western political thought. Three monographs have been published: Paradox of Positive Freedom, the Theory of the Pedigree of Equality Analysis of the Theory of Modern Western Equality, and Ten Lectures on Political Philosophy.
