史丹，中国社会科学院工业经济研究所所长、研究员、博士生导师。享受国务院特殊津贴。入选中共中央组织部、人力资源和社会保障部万人计划、国家高层次人才特殊支持计划领军人才，中共中央宣传部“文化名家暨四个一批”人才工程。《中国工业经济》和《经济管理》以及China Economist主编，国家能源委员会专家咨询委员会委员，国家气候变化专家委员会委员，中国工业经济学会理事长兼副会长，主要研究领域为产业与能源经济，绿色低碳发展等。主持国家社科基金重大课题、国家自然科学基金课题，国家发展和改革委员会、国家能源局、工信部等部委和省市委托课题百余项，在《经济研究》《管理世界》《中国工业经济》等顶级刊物公开发表各类文章150多篇，撰写专著30余部，获得国家级、省部级学术奖励30余项。

Selected as the leader of the "Millions of Talents Project" of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the national special support plan for high-level talents, Shi has presided over major projects of NSSFC and NNSFC, has written more than 30 monographs, and has won more than 30 national, provincial and ministerial academic awards.
