姚桂梅，中国社会科学院中国非洲研究院（西亚非洲研究所）经济研究室研究员、南非研究中心主任；中国社会科学院大学（研究生院）硕士生导师；美国伊利诺伊大学非洲研究中心访问学者；中国社会科学院创新工程项目《中国对非洲投资战略研究》《中国与非洲产能合作重点国家研究》和《西亚非洲国家经济社会转型发展研究》首席研究员。主要研究方向为发展经济学，从事非洲经济、地区经济一体化、中国与非洲经贸关系等问题研究三十五载，主持和参加过十多项国家和部委委托的课题，并向中央和有关部门报送数十篇研究报告。其中，《中非直接投资合作》获得中国社会科学院“2018年度优秀国家智库报告”；2012—2018年间，获得中国社会科学院优秀对策信息二等奖（2篇）、三等奖（3篇）；2021年获得陕西省第十五届哲学社会科学优秀成果调研报告类一等奖。

Yao Guimei, researcher of Division of African Studies and Director of Southern African studies section of the Institute of West-Asian and African Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS); master’s students supervisor of the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; lead researcher on innovation projects of CASS including Research on China’s Investment Strategies in Africa and Research on Production Capacity Cooperation between China and Africa. Specifically, she has been devoted to the studies for more than 30 years on African economic development, regional economic integration in Africa and the economic relations between China and African countries. She has visited more than a dozen African countries, chaired and participated in over ten research projects from governmental organizations, and submitted more than 20 think-tank reports. From 2012 to 2016, she won the CASS Award for the Excellence in Countermeasure Studies twice for the second prize, and three times for the third prize.
