1996年中国制定并实施了历史上第一部职业教育法，此部职业教育法极大地推动了中国职业教育的法制化发展。进入21世纪以后，中国职业教育发展面临着巨大的机会与挑战，为了适应新形势下的职业教育发展，修订原有的职业教育法已经成为十分紧迫的时代要求。本书选择1978年改革开放以来中国职业教育法制现代化进程不断完善的历史阶段为主要研究对象，在厘清这一时期中国职业教育法制现代化进程主要脉络的基础之上，总结了不同历史时期中国职业教育法制现代化的主要特点，并对今后中国职业教育法制现代化的进程做出展望。
In 1996, China formulated and implemented the first vocational education law in history, which greatly promoted the development of China's vocational education system. After entering the 21st century, the development of vocational education in China is facing huge opportunities and challenges, in order to adapt to the development of vocational education under the new situation, revising the original vocational education law has become a very urgent requirement of the times.
