中国与湄公河国家山水相连、人文相通、命运与共，已经成为湄公河五国重要的外资来源国家。然而，近年来湄公河国家对中国直接投资的民间质疑声音不断，“资源掠夺”和“经济控制”等观点仍有市场，因此，亟待基于东道国视角的中国直接投资影响研究。本书是中国、柬埔寨和老挝三国开展联合研究的成果，以柬埔寨和老挝为研究对象，对老挝五省（市）和柬埔寨两市共270家中资企业开展问卷调研，采用计量模型和案例分析的研究方法，从经济、社会与环境维度研判中国直接投资对东道国的影响，探求有利于投资企业、东道国政府和当地居民等利益各方的投资策略与投资行为改善途径，以实现中国对大湄公河次区域国家投资的包容性增长，助力澜湄国家命运共同体建设。
China and the Mekong countries are connected by mountains and rivers, have a common people, and share a common destiny, and have become an important source of foreign investment for the five Mekong countries. However, in recent years, there has been a continuous number of private doubts about Chinese FDI in Mekong countries, and there is still a market for views such as "resource plunder" and "economic control", so there is an urgent need to study the impact of Chinese FDI from the perspective of the host country. This book is the result of joint research carried out by China, Cambodia and Laos, taking Cambodia and Laos as the research object, conducting a questionnaire survey of a total of 270 Chinese-funded enterprises in five provinces (cities) and Cambodia in five provinces (cities) and Cambodia, using econometric models and case analysis research methods, studying the impact of Chinese direct investment on host countries from economic, social and environmental dimensions, and exploring investment strategies and ways to improve investment behavior that are beneficial to stakeholders such as investment enterprises, host governments and local residents.
