本书是在国家“一带一路”倡议、中国-东盟自由贸易区、“区域全面经济伙伴关系”框架协定和广西北部湾经济区等背景下，通过文献研究，总结、归纳发达国家会计人才的培养模式、人才定位及岗位能力要求，研究广西会计人才使用和广西高校会计人才的培养现状，探索、论证面向东盟、面向未来的广西会计人才能力框架、岗位素质，提出广西会计人才的培养目标、培养模式及政策措施和实践路径。
