曾向红，男，1982年生，湖南安化人。博士，兰州大学中亚研究所教授，兰州大学政治与国际关系学院副院长、博士生导师，教育部“青年长江学者”、甘肃省“飞天学者”特聘教授、兰州大学“萃英学者”。研究方向为区域国别研究、国际关系理论等。目前担任《国际展望》《兰州大学学报》（社会科学版）、《中亚研究》编委会委员，中国高等教育学会国际政治研究专业委员会常务理事、中国政治学会理事、中国俄罗斯东欧中亚学会理事。迄今主持两项国家社会科学基金项目和一项教育部人文社会科学研究项目；出版学术专著四部，在《中国社会科学》等专业刊物上发表学术论文八十多篇。
