杨光斌，第十三届全国政协委员，，中国人民大学国际关系学院院长，中央马克思主义理论工程首席专家，教育部长江学者特聘教授。研究领域包括但不限于民主理论、国家理论、治理理论、历史政治学、世界政治理论。近十年的主要著作有《中国政治认识论》（2018年）、《比较政治学：理论与方法》（2016年）、《观念的民主与实践的民主》（2015年）、《让民主归位》（2015年）、《政治变迁中的国家与制度》（2011年）、《政治学的基础理论与重大问题》（2011年）、《中国政治发展的战略选择》（2011年）。
