马晔风，中国社会科学院数量经济与技术经济研究所数字经济研究室副主任、副研究员；清华大学工程物理系博士，清华大学经济管理学院博士后，哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院访问学者（2012-2013年）。主要研究方向为：数字经济、制造业数字化转型、互联网发展与治理等。
