现为中国社会科学院法学研究所研究员、民商法学博士生导师。主要研究领域为民法基础理论、商法基础理论、担保物权、债权法、保险法和破产法。博士学位论文《责任保险的基础理论研究》。发表的学术著作主要有《破产程序和破产法实体制度比较研究》《中国物权法研究》（合著）《保险法》《责任保险论》等；学术论文主要有《留置权基本问题研究》（法学研究）《论买卖合同之卖方的中途止付权》（法学研究）等。 He is currently a researcher at the Institute of Law at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a doctoral supervisor in civil and commercial law. His main research areas include basic theory of civil law, basic theory of commercial law, security interest, credit law, insurance law and bankruptcy law. His PhD thesis was about Research on the Basic Theory of Liability Insurance. His published academic works mainly include Comparative Study of Bankruptcy Procedures and the Bankruptcy Law Entity System, Chinese Property Law Research (co-authored), Insurance Law and Zeren Baoxianlun; his academic papers mainly include Research on The Basic Issues of Lien (Law Research), The Right of Stoppage in Transitu of the Seller of Sales Contracts (Law Research), etc.

刘谦，中国人民大学社会与人口学院人类学研究所副教授，博士生导师资格。主要研究方向：教育人类学、医学人类学、田野工作方法，承担国家社会科学基金项目、北京市社会科学基金项目等多项各类课 题。已出版专著3 部，编著5 部，在《教育研究》《中国人民大学学报》《中国教育学刊》等各类学术期刊发表学术论文30 余篇，并多篇被《新华文摘》《中国社会科学文摘》等权威刊物全文转载。 Liu Qian, Associate Professor at the Institute of Anthropology at the School of Sociology and Population Studies of Renmin University in China, and he is also a doctoral supervisor.
