This book brings together the main results of the 2014-2015 innovation project "Research on Population Management Reform and Social Security Inclusion" of the Institute of Population and Labor Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The research of this innovative project day revolves around the theme of equalization of basic public services. Basically equalize its services to this. The proposal and development of the policy has laid the guiding ideology and evaluation criteria for the promotion of social security reform, and at the same time called for the deepening of population management reform. Therefore, with the equalization of basic public services as the link, population management reform and social security inclusion actually influence and promote each other. From the two aspects of theory, practice and policy, this book examines and sorts out the organic relationship between population management reform and the problem of social security. Since 2015, the reform of population management and social security has progressed, and the integration role of the equalization of basic public services has become more and more obvious. The report of the 19 members of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate the equalization of basic public services. Taking this as a guiding ideology and opportunity, the Ministry of Population Management Reform and Social Security Reform will further deepen.
