高文德

Researcher at the China Population Communication Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. For ages, the author has been engaging in the research on Mongolian history; he has also participated in the writing of the Overview of the Dorbod Mongol Autonomous County, and The Report on the Survey of Mongolian Social History in Heilongjiang Province. In 1959, he went to the China Population Communication Center of the USSR Academy of Sciences to study Mongolian history, and then he came back to the China Population Communication Center at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, to engage in the study of Mongolian history, especially the history of the Mongols and the Yuan Dynasty.
