袁义才 深圳市社会科学院国际化城市研究所所长、粤港澳大湾区研究中心主任，研究员，经济学博士。兼任中国城市经济学会学科建设委员会常务委员、深圳市城市经济研究会副会长、深圳市软科学研究会副会长、深圳市政协委员。主要研究领域为城市与区域经济、公共经济、金融、科技管理等，长期从事深圳城市发展、深港合作、深圳都市圈建设及粤港澳大湾区发展研究。

代表性著作、论文有《公共经济学新论》《公共产品的产权经济学分析》《关于民主、专制及“中国道路” 的公共经济学思考》等，承担 “城市基础设施产权化运营研究”等深圳市重点课题或调研项目，曾经获广东省和深圳市哲学社会科学优秀成果奖。

Yuan Yicai, director of the International City Research Institute at the Shenzhen Academy of Social Sciences, director of the Guangdong- Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area Research Center, researcher, doctor of economics. The main fields of his research include urban and regional economy, public economy, finance, science and technology management, etc. He has long been engaged in the research on the urban development of Shenzhen, the cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, the construction of the Shenzhen metropolitan area and the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. He has won the Outstanding Achievement Award of Philosophy and Social Sciences of Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City.
