摘要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求，优化收入分配制度是促进共同富裕的关键抓手。本报告立足当前扎实推进共同富裕的历史时期对中国优化收入分配制度提出的新要求，对日本收入分配的总体情况及其相关制度安排进行深入分析与研究。厘清日本收入分配的特征事实，并通过国际比较明晰日本收入分配制度的内在特征和可取之处，在此基础上具体分析其初次分配、再分配、第三次分配以及三次分配间的协调配合的路径和效果，最终提炼总结其调节收入分配的有效经验，形成对中国缩小收入差距、改善收入分配结构、扎实推进共同富裕的政策启示，为实现共同富裕的目标提供有益借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism,and optimizing the income distribution system is the key to promote common prosperity.Based on the new requirements for optimizing China's income distribution system in the current historical period of advancing common prosperity solidly,our report conducts in-depth analysis and research on the overall situation of Japan's income distribution and its related institutional arrangements.We clarify the facts of Japan's income distribution and grasp the internal logic and merits of Japan's income distribution system through international comparison.On this basis,we analyze the paths and effects of the initial distribution,the redistribution,the third distribution and the coordination among the three distributions specifically.Finally,we summarize the effective experiences of adjusting income distribution in Japan,and form policy inspirations for our country to narrow the income gap,optimize the income distribution structure,and promote common prosperity solidly,so as to provide useful lessons and enlightenment for realizing the goal of common prosperity.
