本书关注唐诗中的俗体诗，运用诗歌学、社会学、文化学、文献学的方法，对这类诗歌的写作、流传、诗学特点、艺术特色及与整个唐代文坛的关系进行综合研究。作者首先对现存唐代俗体诗的文献资料做了调研，归纳出长沙窑瓷器题诗、敦煌学郎俗体诗、墓志盖俗体挽诗、《全唐诗》“谐谑卷”俗体诗四种唐代俗体诗的重要体类。俗体诗的流行，既与唐代民间重学风气有关，也是文人诗艺的高度繁荣及向民间普及的结果。唐代文人也参与俗体诗创作，所作有“戏俗诗”“谣俗诗”“通俗训化诗”等。本书还从俗体诗学的角度，重新审视中晚唐文人诗的通俗化倾向，涉及中唐诗人的通俗诗学思潮、晚唐寒士的俚俗诗风、唐末五代苦吟诗人的诗歌创作三个论题。

This book focuses on the secular poetry in Tang poetry, and uses the methods of poetics, sociology, cultural studies, and philology to comprehensively study the writing, circulation, poetic characteristics, artistic characteristics and relationship with the entire Tang Dynasty literary circle. The author first investigates the existing literature and materials of Tang dynasty folk poetry, and summarizes four important genres of Tang dynasty folk poetry: Changsha kiln porcelain inscription poem, Dunhuang Xuelang folk poem, epitaph cover folk style elegy poem, and "Hun Scroll "Hun Scroll" folk style poem. The popularity of popular poetry is not only related to the folk culture of the Tang Dynasty, but also the result of the high prosperity and popularization of literati poetry. The literati of the Tang Dynasty also participated in the creation of popular poetry, including "opera and vulgar poetry", "ballad poetry", and "popular training poem". This book also re-examines the popularization tendency of the poetry of the middle and late Tang literati from the perspective of secular poetics, involving three topics: the popular poetic trend of the Chinese and Tang poets, the slang poetry style of the late Tang Hanshi, and the poetry creation of the bitter bards of the late Tang dynasty.（AI翻译）
