本书立足于中国信托业发展实践，从信托经营权入手，系统研究了信托业监管改革中的基本法律问题。在结构上，本书共分为六章，即第一章我国当前信托业监管的法律困境，第二章信托业监管改革的国际视野，第三章商业信托产品的法律结构分析，第四章信托业监管改革的立法定位，第五章我国信托业法的立法设计，第六章信托业法与相关法律的关系。在内容上，主要围绕信托业监管目标、监管主体、监管原则、监管方式、监管程序、监管协调以及监管责任等展开，通过中外信托监管制度的比较研究，重点阐明了信托业监管的基本法律原理，澄清了诸多监管认识误区，科学设计了我国信托监管的基本法律制度，为国家制定专门的信托业法提供参考。从研究价值看，本书的针对性、系统性和前瞻性强，对加强信托机构和信托市场的监管和行业风险控制有重大的应用价值，对深化和丰富信托法学与金融法学的制度研究和方法研究有重要的理论意义。

Based on the development practice of China's trust industry, this book systematically studies the basic legal issues in the regulatory reform of the trust industry, starting from the right to operate trusts. In terms of structure, the book is divided into six chapters, namely, Chapter 1 The current legal dilemma of trust industry supervision in China, Chapter 2 International Perspective of Trust Industry Regulatory Reform, Chapter 3 Analysis of the Legal Structure of Commercial Trust Products, Chapter 4 Legislative Positioning of Trust Industry Regulatory Reform, Chapter 5 Legislative Design of China's Trust Industry Law, Chapter 6 The Relationship between Trust Industry Law and Related Laws. In terms of content, it mainly focuses on the regulatory objectives, regulatory subjects, regulatory principles, supervision methods, regulatory procedures, regulatory coordination and regulatory responsibilities of the trust industry, and focuses on the basic legal principles of trust industry supervision through the comparative study of Chinese and foreign trust supervision systems, clarifies many regulatory misunderstandings, scientifically designs the basic legal system of trust supervision in China, and provides reference for the state to formulate a special trust industry law. From the perspective of research value, this book is pertinent, systematic and forward-looking, which has great application value for strengthening the supervision and industry risk control of trust institutions and trust market, and has important theoretical significance for deepening and enriching the institutional research and method research of trust law and financial law.（AI翻译）
