In order to effectively improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the research on the construction of a precise student financial aid policy system for colleges and universities, this book focuses on the financial aid policies and measures formulated and implemented by the state for students with financial difficulties, and puts forward rational development countermeasures and improvement suggestions around the development process, implementation status, and existing shortcomings and problems of the national scholarship and grants, national student loans, tuition compensation and national student loan reimbursement, free education for normal students and other auxiliary funding policies and measures in China's public ordinary colleges and universities student financial aid policy system. On the basis of the practical exploration of the precise student funding policy system of ordinary colleges and universities in China, the basic framework and main ways to build a new model of "Internet + accurate identification" for students with financial difficulties in colleges and universities are proposed.
