本书首先对中外农地资源保护的研究文献和基础理论进行了研究和评价，然后对典型国家和地区特别是美国的农地资源保护机制及经验进行了全面系统的研究，对我国农地资源保护体制机制现状及问题与原因进行了规范和实证研究。在此基础上，重点从完整的农地产权、城乡统一土地市场、农地资源配置的市场机制、“四位一体”的农地保护利益调整体系和国家宏观调控等几个方面，探索构建起在国家宏观调控下的以市场机制为主的农地保护长效机制，通过设计“五位一体”的体制改革与制度创新整体性框架方案，建立起由现行以行政为主的农地保护机制转变到新的以市场机制为主的农地保护长效机制的发展路径；最后提出我国农地资源市场机制保护的配套措施与政策建议组合。该书提出的我国农地资源保护机制转变的创新观点及其论证思想，具有重要理论价值与实际意义。

This book first studies and evaluates the research literature and basic theories of agricultural land resources protection in China and abroad, and then conducts a comprehensive and systematic study on the mechanism and experience of agricultural land resources protection in typical countries and regions, especially the United States, and conducts normative and empirical research on the current situation, problems and causes of agricultural land resources protection systems and mechanisms in China. On this basis, we will focus on the complete farmland property rights, the unified urban and rural land market, the market mechanism of farmland resource allocation, the "four-in-one" farmland protection interest adjustment system and the national macro-control system, explore the construction of a long-term mechanism for farmland protection under the national macro-control, and design a "five-in-one" overall framework scheme for institutional reform and institutional innovation. Establish a development path from the current administrative-based farmland protection mechanism to the new market-based long-term farmland protection mechanism; Finally, the combination of supporting measures and policy suggestions for the protection of China's agricultural land resources market mechanism is proposed. The innovative viewpoint and argumentative idea of the transformation of China's agricultural land resource protection mechanism put forward by this book have important theoretical value and practical significance.（AI翻译）
