本书围绕非意识形态化思潮及其对社会主义核心价值体系建设的影响来研究我国意识形态安全问题。研究从概念入手，对“非意识形态化”相关概念的内涵及其相互关系进行了阐述，梳理了“非意识形态化”观点的认知渊源和“非意识形态化思潮”的历史发展，揭示了“非意识形态化思潮”的政治性本质—去马克思主义。研究对不同学科视角下的“去政治化”话语进行了评析，重点分析了普世价值思潮、公共知识分子思潮和“军队国家化”思潮。本书以理论分析和实证调查的方式论述了非意识形态化思潮对社会主义核心价值体系建设的影响，阐述了新世纪以来用社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮的现实依据和实践探索。在此基础上，从强化顶层设计、坚持科学发展、加强高校管理、加强马克思主义理论学科建设、强化公共外交、夯实网络阵地建设等六个方面提出应对之策。

This book studies the ideological security of our country around the trend of non-ideological thought and its impact on the construction of the socialist core value system. Starting from the concept, the study expounds the connotation and mutual relationship of the related concepts of "non-ideologicalization", sorts out the cognitive origin of the "non-ideological" view and the historical development of the "non-ideological ideological ideological trend", and reveals the political essence of the "non-ideological ideological ideological trend" - de-Marxism. The study reviews the discourse of "depoliticization" from the perspectives of different disciplines, focusing on the trend of universal values, public intellectuals and "military nationalization". This book discusses the influence of non-ideological ideological trends on the construction of the socialist core value system by means of theoretical analysis and empirical investigation, and expounds the practical basis and practical exploration of using the socialist core value system to lead the social trend of thought since the new century.
