本研究将系统梳理历史上东亚秩序变迁的来龙去脉，总结其规律性，探讨如何实现现代东亚秩序的和平转型，及如何推动东亚地区一体化进程；通过对“天下”秩序观与西方近现代国际秩序观的比较研究，梳理并彰显两种秩序观点的优劣，探索东亚新秩序建设的路径与中国的国际秩序观；归纳与总结从深层次上决定“天下—朝贡”体系的思想根源与哲学思想；探讨与总结中国与西方在国际秩序思想及观念方面的冲突及差异，及这种差异与文明冲突的交织。在现代化与全球化背景下，通过对“天下”秩序及秩序观的追忆和梳理，探讨崛起的中国如何从自己悠久的文明中寻找“时代精神”，并使之现代化以符合时代的需要，这种“时代精神”将是中国发展与崛起的精神支柱。

In this study, the author teases out the historical line of changes in the East Asia order and summarizes its laws to discuss how to achieve the peaceful transformation of the modern East Asia order and how to promote the process of integration of the East Asian Region; recognize and highlight the advantages and disadvantages of the “world” order view and the modern Western international order view through a comparative study between them to explore the pathway of construction of a new East Asia order and China’s international order view; conclude and summarize the source of thought and philosophical thought that determines the “world-tribute presentation” system at a deeper level; explores and summarizes the conflicts and differences in the thought and concept of the international order between China and the West as well as the mixture between these differences and civilization conflicts. Against the background of modernization and globalization, how the rising China can seek the “spirit of the times” from its long history and modernize it to meet the demands of the times is discussed through recalling and teasing out the “world” order and the order view, and the “spirit of the times” will constitute the spiritual pillar for the development and rise of China.
