本书针对我国上市公司中特殊的一个群体——ST公司的行为选择入手，从理论和实证两方面研究ST公司的脱困路径，探求ST公司的重组行为选择及其影响。研究发现：重组是ST公司摆脱困境的最主要手段，重组方式引入能够改善脱困预测模型，不同重组选择方式对脱困绩效影响存在差异。本书初步确立了ST公司脱困路径研究的基本思路：脱困前影响——脱困中预测——脱困后绩效衡量与提升，从一定程度上弥补了我国ST公司脱困研究的空白，并为后续研究者们提供一个可资借鉴的研究框架。

This book starts from the behavior choices of ST companies, a special group of listed companies in China, and studies ST's escape path from both theoretical and empirical aspects, and explores ST's restructuring behavior choices and their impact. It is found that restructuring is the most important means for ST to get out of trouble, and the introduction of restructuring can improve the prediction model of extrication from difficulties, and there are differences in the impact of different restructuring options on the performance of extrication of difficulties. This book preliminarily establishes the basic idea of ST company's escape path research: pre-hardship impact - prediction during extrication - performance measurement and improvement after extrication, which makes up for the gap of ST company's extrication research in China to a certain extent, and provides a research framework for follow-up researchers to learn from.（AI翻译）
